Our staff has an extensive resume with an unmatched experience background in the security industry and many of our employees have come from other security companies as we strategically recruit and expand. We also cross train every company representative to ensure that they fully understand the functionality of the equipment that they are speaking to you about.

All of our representatives have been on installations and currently use this equipment in their own homes. New product training is mandatory and because technology is constantly changing we place a huge emphasis on continued education and pride ourselves as a leader in newest technologies available to you. We also are up to speed with system integration training because we can relate to how frustrating it is to get a new product installed that causes existing products and systems to stop working properly.

After moving from Ft. Lauderdale, Fl to Maryville, Tn I attended college at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Go Vols! I worked for a small security company before taking a position with ADT in Tampa, Fl. During this unparalleled industry experience I realized I could offer clients a better service at a more affordable price. I also learned that customers deserve individual one on one attention. Unfortunately, the company I worked for did not promote that mindset or give customers what they deserve and what I believe is so vital to the success of a great client relationship.

I then made the decision to move to Winter Park, Fl and open Global Alarms. We have been providing security services to central Florida since 2000 and my attitude reflects my positive drive to always give you the absolute best products and service possible.

I’m an avid golfer and try to play a few times a month. My favorite courses are Redtail, Orange County National, Forest Lake, and Winter Park C.C. I also enjoy offshore fishing and often have the opportunity to fish our beautiful coastal waters of Florida. Our most common inlet for boating is Ponce Inlet between New Smyrna Beach and South Daytona – home of the famous disappearing island. We catch snapper, grouper, wahoo, sailfish, and the occasional blue marlin, but my absolute favorite is dorado or mahi-mahi fishing. The breathtaking electric blues, greens, and gold colors of this fish are amazing when it first comes out of the water. Nature at it’s finest. Hopefully one day I will see you on disappearing island with fresh ahi tuna, soy sauce, and wasabi.
